Refund Policy

We offer a full refund if the product is damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your parcel as soon as it’s delivered. If it arrives damaged, reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving it.

To request a refund:

Send us a clear photo/video of the damaged product

Include your order number and contact information

Email or WhatsApp our customer support team

Once your claim is verified, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Return Policy

We offer a 5-day easy return on eligible items. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 5 days of receiving your parcel – no questions asked.
